Challenge
When I joined the team at We Are Royale (formerly Royale), a creative and digital agency in LA, the company was at a crossroads. I came onboard as a marketing coordinator with the objective of helping the founders rebrand their company website while implementing a new marketing process across. After some deliberation, the creative direction was to rebrand as the abbreviation WAR.

Process
The first part of the rebrand strategy included auditing the current website and comparing it to competitors. I then interviewed each founder and recorded their feedback with respect to what the liked about the current site and what functionality they desired. All of the subjective data was then analyzed and presented to the executive team for review.

Rebranded Website
The next step required coordinating the website dev team in Seattle with the creatives in LA to start the conversation on building the new site in Wordpress. I took the revised rebrand deck and created a series of wireframes for the Seattle team that reflected the features the founders requested. I then assembled the wireframes into a user flow diagram.

Outcome
Using the wireframes as reference, the dev team and art director designed and engineered the website and give the UX a signature We Are Royale personality. The site was tested within the executive team for a few week prior to launch while the content from the previous site was migrated to the new site. The last part of the process included creating a protocol for uploading assets to the new site in order to maintain optimal usability on the front end.
